Carl Koch is a native Texan from the Dallas area. His father was a career Army officer so Carl moved all over the world with his family. An Army brat, Carl joined the US Air Force much to the chagrin of his father. Since getting out of the Air Force in the mid 60's Carl has held many jobs. His extensive technical background includes main frame computers, electronics technician, licensed electrician, programmer, systems analyst, technical writer and currently the administrator of all building automation systems for the Dallas area ExxonMobil campus. Carl currently works for Johnson Controls Inc. who manages the site for ExxonMobil. Carl has been a lifelong Republican up until the 2008 election cycle when he voted for all the Constitution Party candidates he could legally vote for.

Carl and his wife Deloris have 40+ children at this time. They are all hairy, talk funny and have four legs. They live on about 3 fenced acres in Royse City, Texas. Carl was the county coordinator for the Constitution Party in Hunt county.

Carl considers himself a textual constitutionalist in the same vein as Atonin Scalia. He firmly believes that words have meaning and once set to paper (or parchment) they never change their meaning. The last few years have been an intense study of the Constitution and how it has been subverted by those in power. Carl is a voracious reader and a fan of Mark Levin.
